Real Estate Video Editing
I edit listing videos and property walkthroughs. This is the work I do the most of, and I run a separate business built around it, so you are not paying me to figure out a process.
You upload the footage and I send it back cut, graded and branded, usually in two or three days. Most agents I work with send a property every week or two and we settle into a rhythm where I stop needing instructions.
From $250 per listingAgents and brokerages sending regular listings get quoted on volume instead. Send me a typical shoot and I'll price the whole arrangement.
Where I've done this
I run PropertyEdits, my own real estate video business, and I've cut host-led listing walkthroughs for VDB | Compass. Real estate footage has a specific set of problems. Lighting changes room to room, gimbal footage drifts, and the exterior audio is usually wind. I've dealt with all of it enough times that it's routine.

Common questions
- How fast is the turnaround?
- Two to three business days for a standard listing. If something is going live sooner, tell me when you send the footage and I can usually work with it.
- How do I get the footage to you?
- Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or Frame.io, whichever you already use. You don't need to organize or label it first.
- Do you edit drone footage?
- Yes. Drone and ground footage go into one piece and get graded to match, so the aerials don't look like they came from a different video.
- Can I get a vertical version for social?
- Yes, and it's included. Reframing for vertical is part of the edit rather than a second job.
- Do you shoot the property too?
- No. I'm a post-production editor and I don't shoot. You or your videographer send footage and I take it from there.
