I edit listing videos and property walkthroughs. I run PropertyEdits, a separate business that does only this, so it is most of what I cut in a given month.
You upload the footage and I send it back cut, graded and branded, usually inside 24 hours. Most of the agents I work with send a property every week or two.

How it works
- You get in touch. Tell me what the job is. You get scope, a price and a date back before anything starts.
- You send the footage. The property footage, plus your branding and the agent's contact details.
- First cut. You see a first cut early enough to change direction, rather than at the end.
- Revisions. Revisions until it's right. I don't count rounds.
- Delivery. Final files in whatever formats and specs you need.
Most listings come back inside 24 hours.
Where I've done this
I run PropertyEdits, my own real estate video business, and I've cut host-led listing walkthroughs for VDB | Compass. Interior lighting changes room to room, gimbal footage drifts, and the exterior audio is usually wind. I deal with all three on most listings.
Most of my real estate work runs through my own business rather than this page. It's the same editor and the same turnaround, set up for listings and nothing else.
