Short-form and long-form
YouTube & Social Video Editing
I cut long-form for YouTube and short-form for Reels, Shorts and TikTok. Long-form is mostly structure and pacing, which means cutting the parts where someone would click away. Short-form is mostly the opening seconds and the captions.
I usually take both for the same channel, so the long-form and the clips pulled out of it match.

How it works
- You get in touch. Tell me what the job is. You get scope, a price and a date back before anything starts.
- You send the footage. The raw footage, plus the channel it's for, so the cut matches what is already published there.
- First cut. You see a first cut early enough to change direction, rather than at the end.
- Revisions. Revisions until it's right. I don't count rounds.
- Delivery. Final files in whatever formats and specs you need.
Turnaround depends on the footage and how many versions you need, so I don't put a number on it here. Send your deadline with the job and I'll tell you whether it works.
Where I've done this
I cut ongoing Instagram content for Moms Into Fitness through the stretch where that brand went viral, and short-form social for Lisap Milano. I've done multicam podcast video and audio, plus sizzle reels, for Improper Etiquette. Alongside the freelance work I supervise a post-production team that ships on a fixed schedule.
